Terms of Service
Zavacs is currently offered as a private beta retail operations service. Features, integrations and availability may change as the service develops. These Terms apply to the Zavacs website and private beta service.
Use of the service
You may use Zavacs only for lawful purposes and only with business accounts, files, stores, locations and connected services that you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Retail recommendations and exported data
Zavacs provides information, analysis, suggested actions and exported files intended to assist retail operations. These outputs do not replace the user's own business judgment. Users remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, quantities, prices, product information and exported data before relying on or importing them.
Connected services
Zavacs may connect to third-party retail and business services at a user's request. Users must have authority to connect those accounts. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, availability and technical limitations.
Zavacs does not automatically make live changes to connected retail-store products, prices or inventory through its intelligence features. Where a connected feature supports an external action, such as publishing an approved Google review reply, the action requires the user's explicit approval.
Private beta and service changes
The private beta may change, be interrupted, contain errors, or have features added or removed without notice. Zavacs may modify, suspend or discontinue beta functionality as the service develops.
Your content and account data
You retain responsibility for the files, business information and other content you provide to Zavacs. You grant Zavacs the limited permission necessary to process that content for the purpose of providing the service you requested.
Product information
Descriptions of planned or beta Zavacs features are informational and may change. Nothing on the public website guarantees the availability of a particular feature, integration, price or launch date.
Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the private beta is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every retail decision or workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zavacs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the private beta, connected services, recommendations or exported files. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
Zavacs may suspend or end beta access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse or end the beta program. Users may stop using the service and disconnect supported integrations at any time.
